Welcome to bajii365. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the bajii365 platform. By registering or using the platform, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms.

5.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet is considered final once a confirmation message is received from the system. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue before confirmation, the amount will be returned to your balance.

5.2 Odds Changes

The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final. Any change in odds after a bet is placed will not affect that bet. For live betting, odds may change at any moment.

5.3 Cancellation & Refund Policy

• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

6.1 Fraud & Misconduct

• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Automated betting using software or bots.

• Exploiting any technical vulnerability in the platform for personal gain.

6.2 Anti-Money Laundering

• Suspicious financial activity or suspected money laundering.
• Failure to verify age or evidence of being underage.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).

8.2 Account Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Please withdraw your balance before closing your account. Any remaining balance after closure that is not claimed within the specified period may be forfeited.

8.3 Inactive Account Fee
